Foliage The rich green foliage is finely textured and is deeply divided into three main lobes. Autumn colour is attractive and consists of reds, oranges and yellows.
Bark Greyish-brown, becoming scaly with age.
Ornamental Fruit Tiny golden crab apples are produced from summer into autumn and provide a wonderful display, especially when in full autumn colour.
Tree Habit Upright, becoming vase shaped, with finer outer branches spreading slightly horizontal. Open habit.
Flowers Produces masses of tiny white blooms during spring.
